Today's economic calendar will feature retail data, home sales, and Fed manufacturing numbers.

The day begins with the weekly ICSC-Goldman same-store sales figures at 7:45 a.m. ET. That will be followed by the weekly Redbook retail report at 8:55 a.m. ET.

Existing home sales will be released at 10 a.m. ET. The consensus forecast calls for a reading of 4.66 million homes sold in April, a slight rise from March's 4.48 million. Estimates range from 4.85 million to 5.4 million.

Also scheduled for 10 a.m. ET is the Richmond Fed Manufacturing Index for May. Analysts are expecting a print of 11, within a range fo 3 to 15. April's reading was 14.

A four-week Treasury bill auction will be announced at 11:30 a.m. ET, followed by a two-year note auction at 1 p.m. ET.
