Years of Complaints Sitting at FTC

Herbalife is down after the New York Post reported that the Federal Trade Commission revealed 192 complaints against the company over the last seven years. That's just fuel on the fire in a name at the center of a major fight for months! HLF is down 11 percent before the bell on my tradeMONSTER platform.

Rockwell Medical Climbs on Drug Data

Rockwell Medical announced that its soluble ferric pyrophosphate compound drug met a primary endpoint in a phase 3 trial of patients with iron deficiency. RMTI climbs 26 percent in early trading.

BlackBerry Lifted by Barron's Report

BlackBerry, which has just changed its name from Research in Motion, received a positive write-up from Barron's. The newspaper likes the company's Z10 phone and said it could potentially boost sales over time. BBRY is up 6 percent in the premarket.
