Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

America Movil (AMX): Some 2,400 April 20 calls were bought, mostly for $0.85, as investors continue to look for upside in the Mexican telecom. AMX rose 1.66 percent to $20.18.

Bill Barrett (BBG): Some 2,300 April 25 calls were bought, mostly for $0.95 and $1, as investors look for the energy stock to rally. BBG rose 1.73 percent to $24.16.

Market Vectors Semiconductor ETF (SMH): Some 2,000 August 47 calls were bought for $1 as investors look for upside in the chip-making sector. SMH rose 0.68 percent to $44.44.
