Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Nokia (NOK): Approximately 7,000 January 2015 7 calls were purchased, most of which priced for $0.85, but volume was well below open interest at the strike. NOK fell 1.42 percent to $6.27

Bank of America (BAC): Almost 5,000 September 15 calls were purchased for $0.02 to $0.04 as investors look for the financial giant to power higher. BAC rose 0.41 percent to $14.54.

Facebook (FB): Almost 8,000 September 45 calls changed hands, mostly for $0.57 to $0.68, but volume was well below open interest at the strike. FB declined 1.07 percent to $45.27.

As I stated in last week's article, a break out or a break down needs to have a couple things happen before it is considered a confirmed break out or break down. The only problem is that in today's market where things move much more quicker than they did just a few years ago, two days could wind up being the majority of the expected movement, if not the whole movement.
