Nearing the halfway mark in today's session, here are the individual equity names with the most call and put buying on optionMONSTER's ActionTracker data system.

Intel (INTC): Volume surged in the August 25 calls, the September 27 calls and the January 28 calls, with more than 15,000 trading at all three strikes. INTC rose 2.42 percent to $25.85.

MannKind (MNKD): Some 10,600 January 9 calls were purchased, mostly for $1.57, as investors look for the drug developer to keep running. MNKD fell 1.18 percent to $7.54.

Allied Nevada Gold (ANV): Almost 28,000 December 7.50 calls were bought, mostly for $1.70 to $2.20 as investors look for the gold miner to rally from long-term lows. ANV rose 5.06 percent to $8.30.
