Anadarko Petroleum (APC): An investor bought 15,000 March 75 calls for $4.20, looking for the stock to rally. APC fell 1.75 percent to $69.
ArcelorMittal (MT): The March 15 calls traded a block of 13,000 contracts for $1.50 and the March 16s traded 13,000 for $1.12. It appears that a short position was rolled down from the 16s to the 15s, reflecting a belief that upside is limited in the steelmaker. MT fell 3.60 percent to $14.44.
Hewlett-Packard (HPQ): An investor purchased 10,000 May 14 puts for $0.83, looking for continued downside in the ailing computer maker. HPQ fell 0.35 percent to $17.17. (See related story)
