Frontier Communications (FTR): More than 10,000 August 4 calls were bought for $0.20 and $0.25, as investors continue to seek upside in the beaten-down telecom. FTR rose 0.26 percent to $3.89.
Bank of America (BAC): More than 10,000 July 9 calls were purchased for $0.11 to $0.12, but volume was far below open interest in the strike. BAC fell 0.12 percent to $8.10
Boston Scientific (BSX): Volume surged in the January 7.50 calls, the January 4 puts and the January 5 puts, but it appears be result from a previously existing position being closed. BSX fell 1.04 percent to $5.73.
