Frontier Communications (FTR): More than 20,000 August 4 calls were purchased for $0.10 and $0.15 as investors look for the shares to rally. FTR rose 0.15 percent to $3.34.
Bank of America (BAC): Investors bought more than 25,000 July 8 calls for $0.41 to $0.43, but volume was below open interest in the strike. BAC rose 1.18 percent to $7.55.
