The PowerShares QQQ Trust (QQQ) has seen 345,000 contracts turn over, with a similar put/call ratio.
The iShares Russell 2000 Fund (IWM) sees 276,000 options changing hands, led by 186,000 puts. The SPDR Gold Shares Fund (GLD) has 145,000 contracts moving, including 96,000 calls.
The CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) options traded 123,000 times, with 78,000 calls. The iShares Emerging Markets Fund (EEM) has 109,000 contracts traded, also with calls outpacing puts.
