SPX: SEE CHART GET CHAIN FIND STRATEGIES
Weekly options have prove to be wildly popular in their short lifespan, and now the CBOE is expanding the availability of those contracts.

Yesterday was the first day of five consecutive weekly listings for some underlying assets. The CBOE has been listing consecutive weekly options for the SPX for a while. Starting today, 10 names will be added to that; AAPL, BAC, BP, C, EEM, GLD, IWM, QQQ, SPY, and XLF.

So in these names we will see expirations on November 23, November 30, December 7, and December 14, along with the regular monthly expiration on December 21.

Some have already voiced objections that this is too much. But others are excited about the possibilities for calendar-type trades with all the new expirations.
