Cramer: China is importing coal?

There's hope for Eastern coal after all. And maybe even hope for the much-maligned Chinese "bubble" economy. In a further about-face from his prediction that coal would be weak in 2010, Michael Ward, CEO of CSX, told me during "Mad Money," the last "High Noon" edition, that China is placing big orders for metallurgical coal used in steel.
