TPX - Complete crapstorm (technical term) for Tempur Pedic, which defended it's EPS two months ago, now lowers guidance, shares fall better than 35 percent in the pre. Now at September 2010 lows, but might be defended here at $26 - $27 as there looks like a former double bottom there. Options trading in this one should be interesting today, as June 40 put open interst was 1908 contracts, with about 500 contracts at each 39 and 38 put strikes in June as well.
CSTR - Inks agreement with Seattle's Best to roll out coffee kiosks in grocery and drug stores. That's right COFFEE KIOSKS. Plans to roll out 500 by end of year and thousands of coffee vending machines in next few years. Shares up $2 on the news.
ACOM - Ancestry is seeking a buyer, working with Qatalyst on possible sale, shares up $3.80 in pre.
BOBE - Bob Evans missed EPS forecasts big on weaker revenues, shares down $3.20 in pre.

MS - CNBC says Morgan Stanley is considering a partial sale of its commodities unit, shares pop back over $13 in pre.
