ASCA - To be acquired by PNK for $26.50 per share in cash, shares up 17% in the pre.

NKE - Beat in a big way, and future orders are strong, helping lift Nike despite broad market dip.

RHT - Red Hat runs over $55, a gain of better than 5% after thy reported stronger revenues & guided inline.

RIMM - Reported smaller than expected loss & shares sprang over $15 and into the black on the year, then turned 180 after the company said they see continued pressure on results. Shares down 16% here in the pre.

CTAS - Cintas beat EPS forecasts by a penny on inline revenues, shares slide small in the pre.

FB - Facebook is walking back from a move that was a idiotic as this Fiscal Cliff debacle, as the social network says Instagram will revert back to old privacy policies.

HLF - Herbalife refutes Bill Ackman's claims that it is a pyramid scheme, shares see a 1% bounce in pre.

MU - Reports wider than expected loss on weaker revenue, shares slide 5% thus far.
