NUS - Shareholders seem relived that the Chinese regulators hit the company with a mere $524,000 fine for sales practices, shares up $25 in the pre, trading back through $100.

AAPL - Shares of Apple up 1% on news the company has been in discussion with CMCSA over streaming TV service.
DIS - Over the weekend Disney's 'Frozen' has surpassed $1B in ticket sales. I'm sure Disney is drooling over the ancillary DVD sales, Frozen on Ice (could there ever be a more natural ice show?) and rides at the theme park.

YELP - Up 3% in the pre as JMP Securities Raised shares to Market Outperform from Market Perform and set a price target of $113

HLF - Herbalife will accept three additional Icahn designated board members, and many view this as a sign that King Carl isn't going anywhere and that the HLF battle will rage on. Shares trade $53 in the pre after a close of $49.54.
SOL - ReneSolar beat EPS forecasts by 14 cents on stronger revenues, shares up 9% in the pre.
