A special shout out to some great friends in the New York area. They'd planned on attending our Invest Like a Monster event in Houston today and tomorrow, but Sandy had other plans.
The group of ten called and we offered them refunds, but they said, "thanks but no please offer our seats to anyone in Houston that can attend Saturday so long as they donate $20 or more to CityMeals http://www.citymeals.org/ in NYC."
At OptionMonsterEducation we decided that was a great gesture, so we matched it. Thus, if up to 20 Houstonians want to come to the JW Marriott tomorrow (Saturday, November 3rd) from 8:00 - 4 pm, all they need do is mention SANDY and donate at least $20 and they're in.
Events like Sandy make us all the more grateful for what we have, and for our friends and family. We're grateful for great friends that support OptionMonster & TradeMonster and hope recovery comes quickly to those in such desperate need.
