ABOUT THE AUTHORS:

Jon 'DRJ' Najarian is a professional investor, noted media analyst, and cofounder of optionMONSTER® and tradeMONSTER™  Jon started his trading career at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) in 1981, trading in the pits for 22 years while leading Mercury Trading, a market maker. Along with brother Pete, he subsequently developed and patented trading applications to uncover extraordinary buying patterns from the American stock, options, and futures exchanges. The Heat Seeker® program is used daily by Jon and the optionMONSTER team.

Chris McKhann is an analyst and writer for optionMONSTER®. Previously he was a Senior Instructor and Derivatives Product Manager for TD Ameritrade. He has taught options trading in a variety of venues. He started his professional investment career as a broker, but he grew up in the industry as his father was a gold dealer and his uncle was the vice chairman of the Bank of Boston.

Fahad Khalid is a professional investor specializing in applying fundamental and technical analysis to options trading. Having worked in the field of business restructuring for the well-regarded Alvarez & Marsal and Conway MacKenzie firms, his trading is based on unusual strength in assessing value. He has honed his skills by trading for himself since studying accounting at Michigan State. While Fahad often trades based on estimation of a company's future direction, his style looks to capitalize on mispriced volatility.
