Position: Technical Support Staff

The normal schedule for this role spans the period during which optionMONSTER expects to have the majority of its online retail brokerage customers using the brokerage system. This is initially expected to be between 07:30h and 20:00h Central, Monday through Friday. The basic idea of this role is to assist OM brokerage customers with the technical aspects of using the brokerage web site.
