Meet the Team
Todd Rich is President of OptionMonster Media. After starting his career with Andersen Consulting, Todd moved to Chicago to trade on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. In 2003, he began a decade performing business development for various global exchanges, including Eurex, BOX Options and, most recently, the New York Stock Exchange. Todd has served on the Options Industry Council, and he is a member of the Security Traders Association. Todd has a BA from UCLA and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
Mike Yamamoto is the Managing Editor of OptionMonster. He is an award-winning journalist with decades of experience in online and traditional media. Before joining our team, he was executive editor for news at CNET Networks, where he covered the Internet and the technology sector. He has also taught journalism as an adjunct professor at the American University in Washington and California State University at Northridge.
David Russell is the creator of our ResearchLab service. He's also the lead analyst for OptionMonster. Previously he was a producer for CNBC and a contributor to its online site. Before that, he spent more than five years at Bloomberg News covering the debt and equity markets. Early in his career, Mr. Russell served as a Marine Corps infantryman in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Joe Canas is Director of Media Technology at OptionMonster. Previously he was senior portal strategist at Genentech, where he led web initiatives for the sales and marketing organization. Joe has also created award-winning information delivery programs, portals, web applications and services for Nortel Networks, Siemens, Amdocs, and ZDNet.
Adam Quintanilla is a Business Analyst for OptionMonster. Prior to this, Adam worked for Optionhouse and Edward Jones in several client facing roles. Adam first started off in Finance in 2010 when he joined the United States Marine Corps as a Finance Officer. Currently he is in charge of all client resolutions, and site maintenance as well as equity research and analysis for client subscriptions.
